Avery Denim Company Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love your Avery Denim. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 90 days of delivery.
All returns must be initiated through our Avery Denim Returns Portal. This allows you to quickly choose whether you’d like an exchange, store credit, or refund.
To begin a return, visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address.
Return Eligibility
- Items must meet the following conditions to be accepted:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage
- Items must be returned in their original condition
Any item that does not meet these requirements may be returned to the customer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size or style is through our exchange option.
Once you submit an exchange request, your new item will be shipped right away, so you don’t have to wait for the original item to arrive back to us.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Store Credit
Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund for 100% credit back during the return process.
Store credit will be issued immediately once the return is approved and never expires.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the return is due to:
- a defective item
- an incorrect item shipped
- a fulfillment error
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during special clearance events
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of delivery so we can make a correction.
